The NEW YORK TIMES SUNDAY BUSINESS published a great and interesting article interviewing the chairman of CCMP Capital, Greg Brenneman. That article cover a lot of topics, including the title CEO test.
Also it includes other questions i.e. the keys to effective leadership, what to communicate to the staff on your first day at a new company, and how quickly to respond to emails from staff and customers. That is a longer article, four pages. However, it reads quickly and is well worth the time.
